SHIPPING

All orders are packed with care and plenty of wrapping material to ensure safe delivery. Items ship within 5 business days of purchase via USPS.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the size and weight of items purchased, and shipping cost is reduced with the purchase of more than 1 piece.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise exchanges are available within 7 days of you receiving your items. I am glad to offer you the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling cost of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.

Please note: When shipping your item back, please package the item very carefully. I highly suggest using delivery confirmation and tracking. Willi Eggerman Ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

DAMAGE POLICY

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Document the damage with photos and send to me via email. A replacement or refund will be issued only if the damage is documented and sent to me within 7 days of receiving package.
