This incised and glazed porcelain pendant was fired to 2350 F in a salt kiln. The back is glazed white. Sterling silver bail. The cable necklace is optional. My pendants are available with or without a chain or cable necklace. Use your own chain longer or shorter, if you wish. Pendant Size is 1.5" x 1.5"
All pendants are one of a kind. They are my ‘latest' joy to make. I choose interesting sections of larger salt fired shards, diamond grind them to the shape I want, smoothing the edges till they are beveled and feel like beach glass.
Sometimes the design becomes more abstracted with the paring down. Framing the designs smaller highlights my layers of glazes and drawings. Enjoy these one of a kind pieces.
