This incised and glazed porcelain pendant was fired to 2350 F in a salt kiln. The back is a warm white. Sterling silver bail. The cable necklace is optional. My pendants are available with or without a chain or cable necklace. Use your own chain longer or shorter, if you wish. Pendant Size is 1.5" x 1.5"
Are pendants are one of a kind. They are my ‘latest' joy to make. I choose interesting sections of larger salt fired shards, diamond grind them to the shape I want. I also smooth the edges till they are beveled and feel like beach glass.
Sometimes the design becomes more abstracted with the paring down and sometimes framing the designs smaller highlights my layers of glaze and drawings in a new way. I hope they add some joy to your day.
